To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, what the timetable is for the Trade Remedies Authority to be fully operational.

We are working to set up the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) by the time the UK leaves the EU. The Trade Bill, which recently received its Second Reading in the House of Lords, is legislating to establish this body in UK law.
