To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when he plans to publish the Government's review of pavement parking following the withdrawal of the Pavement Parking (Protection of Vulnerable Pedestrians) Bill 2015-16.

The Department for Transport is currently gathering evidence on pavement parking in order to understand whether the current legislation is working effectively and how it might be improved. The evidence gathered will help the Department to consider any future change of policy. This work will be complete by the end of 2018.
