The Ministry of Defence (MOD) does not hold this information in the format requested for military personnel.

The number of MOD civilian personnel within MOD Main Top Level Budgetary areas identified as administrative support as at 1 April 2018 was 4,703. This does not include Trading Fund organisations, the Defence Equipment and Support Bespoke Trading Entity, locally engaged civilians, and Royal Fleet Auxiliary personnel.
