To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what proportion of homes built in London in the last twelve months his Department classes as affordable housing.

2017/18 statistics for both ‘Affordable Housing Supply’ and ‘Housing supply; net additional dwellings’ have been pre-announced for publication in November 2018.

Statistics on the total additional affordable dwellings provided by local authority for 2016/17 (including London boroughs) can be found in Live Table 1008C which can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/live-tables-on-affordable-housing-supply
