To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the Written Statement of 28 June 2018 on Building Safety: Update, HCWS 811, how many private sector student accommodation buildings that are unlikely to meet Building Regulations guidance.

As of 14 June 2018, 32 private sector student residential buildings with Aluminium Composite Material cladding systems have failed Building Research Establishment large-scale system tests and are unlikely to meet current Building Regulations guidance.
