To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what steps his Department is taking to reduce the number of freedom of information requests received by his Department that are not answered within the 20-day deadline.

The Cabinet Office is always looking to improve its performance when responding to freedom of information requests, including providing ongoing training for all staff on compliance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
