To ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to ensure that fewer immigration decisions are taken to appeal.

UKVI are focused on improving quality of all decision making to ensure that we properly consider all the evidence provided and get decisions right the first time. That is why investment is being made via: a stronger assurance regime; better and more frequent training; and strengthening feedback loops. We are also working closely with HM Courts and Tribunal Service on Court Reform to improve the experience of those who exercise their statutory right of appeal.
