To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what recent assessment she has made of the adequacy of the service provided by the Child Maintenance Service telephone line.
Performance of the telephony service is regularly reviewed. Information regarding the proportion of calls answered and within a set timescale is published as part of the CMS experimental publications:
