To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, what steps her Department is taking along with international partners to help restore water supply in Syria.

The UK is funding the UN and Non-Governmental Organisations to support water, hygiene and sanitation needs throughout Syria. Last year, over 2 million people across Syria were provided with sustainable access to clean drinking water.

We are in close contact with partners delivering this support, and ensure that we coordinate with other donors.
