To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Answer of 23 April 2018 to Question 136367 on Fuels: Tax Evasion, whether any legal action followed those arrests.

Of the three arrests made between 01 January 2017 and 31 March 2018 for fuel fraud, two were reported to the Public Prosecution Service in December 2018 while one remains under investigation pending report.
