To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of immigration appeals were overturned at tribunal in each of the last six months.
The First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) is administered by Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS).
The proportion of successful immigration appeals, overturning the Secretary of State for the Home Department’s decision, in each of the last six months for which published data are available is:
