To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 1 March 2018 to Question 129585, whether anyone has been found not to have the right to work in the UK by her Department in response to queries from or on behalf of any employer or any employee since 2015.

The Employer Checking Service will identify individuals who do not possess a statutory excuse to work in the United Kingdom and will inform employers of this status.
