To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what information his Departments holds on the average cost of a home purchased by first-time buyers in (a) Lewisham, Deptford constituency, (b) Lewisham borough and (c) London in each of the last seven years.

The Land Registry publish monthly statistics on first time buyer house prices, including London and Lewisham borough, from January 2012, at the following link:
