To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, for what reason there is a variation in cost between National Citizen Service delivery partner providers for (a) the activity based residential from £201 to £725 and (b) the skills based residential from £100 to £1,040, in Cost Benchmark Report, National Citizen Service, Final Report of 7 February 2018.

These figures compare the costs of the NCS programme to other similar programmes which are not part of NCS, for example those delivered by outdoor activity centres, rather than variations of costs within the NCS delivery network itself.
