To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether he has made an assessment of the effect on the welfare budget of a reduction in B2 gaming machine stakes to £2.

Gambling regulation is a matter for the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

DCMS are considering the responses to their consultation on a set of proposals on gaming machines and social responsibility measures and published an impact assessment setting out the impact of the proposals.
