To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, whether he has received legal advice on effectiveness of bringing a case to the World Trade Organisation on the introduction of steel and aluminium tariffs by the US administration.
Whilst we remain a Member State the EU is responsible for initiating and defending trade disputes on the UK’s behalf.
