To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what the average salary of an (a) early years, (b) primary school, (c) secondary school and (d) special school teacher was five years after they started teaching.

Whilst the average salary in not available, general information on salaries of full and part-time teachers in service in state funded nursery and primary schools, state funded secondary schools and state funded special schools are publicly available in Table 9a within the statistical first release ‘School Workforce in England, November 2016’, available at the following web link:
