To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the cost has been of employing civil servants to undertake procurement in his Department in each financial year since 2010-11.

We have understood this question to ask how much is spent recruiting individuals into roles which undertake procurement activities. The information requested is not held centrally and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
