To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether those NHS trusts which have created subsidiary companies have conducted an equalities impact assessment regarding that change.

Where trusts are in the process of setting up subsidiary companies, they are required under section 149 of the Equality Act 2010 to conduct an equalities impact assessment regarding that change.
