To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether he plans to make representations to the UN Decolonisation Committee on the situation in West Papua; and if he will make a statement.

No. The Indonesian provinces of Papua and West Papua are not one of the 17 non-self-governing territories covered by the UN decolonisation committee and therefore fall outside of the committee's mandate.
