Cabinet Office written question – answered at on 8 February 2018.
National Democracy Week is a UK-wide campaign of events and activity that aims to increase the number of people who understand and participate in our democratic process. The government recognises the vital role that civil society organisations play in reaching those groups that are less likely to be registered to vote. We are working closely with non-profit groups through the National Democracy Week Council to mobilise activity at a local level and coordinate engagement with different communities.
