To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to centralise and computerise HM ships maintenance records, which are currently held in documents on board ships.
To ask Her Majesty's Government what is the current retention period for data on the maintenance of HM ships.
The service and maintenance records of Royal Navy warships, submarines and the majority of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary's ships are held centrally and electronically, and kept for up to 10 years.
