To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 8 January 2018 to Question 120619, how many cities in the UK do not already have a bike-share scheme.
The Department for Transport does not hold this information, but continues to work with local authorities and bike share operators across the country to develop a better understanding of the this rapidly developing area.
