To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what estimate has been made of the number of single use disposable cups that are (a) used each year and (b) sent for recycling by her Department.

The number of single use disposable cups that were sold from outlets within DWP sites in 2017 was 1,282,145 and none of these were recycled as they have a plastic lining.
