To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many people have applied for continuing healthcare; and how many people have received such care since 2010.
The number of individuals who were referred for a full NHS Continuing Healthcare assessment and those who became eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare during the years from 2014/15 to 2016/17 is shown in the table below:

NHS England does not have the same data for the years prior to 2014/15.
