To ask Her Majesty's Government what are their proposals for automatic deletion of custody images and facial biometrics when the Police National Computer and the Police National Database are merged.

The Home Office and the National Police Chiefs’ Council are examining future policy on the deletion of custody images and facial biometrics within the context of work on the replacement of the Police National Computer and the Police National Database by the Law Enforcement Data Service.
