To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 18 December 2017 to Question 119078, what his Department's policy is on the holding of party political events in (a) his Department's main building and (b) other departmental property.

The Department follows the guidance set out in the Ministerial Code of Conduct where particular exception is allowed with regard to personal events with no expense to the public purse.
