To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will make it his policy for there to be a review of the options for law reform to ensure that large companies and financial institutions can be prosecuted for economic crime in the UK.

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what plans he has to publish a call for evidence on the need for legal reform to extend corporate criminal liability beyond bribery and tax evasion.

The Ministry of Justice carried out a call for evidence on corporate criminal liability for economic crime in 2017, to establish whether further reform of the law was necessary. The response will issue in due course.
