To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what representations he has made to the Government of Brazil to ensure that the human rights of former Presidents Lula and Rousseff are upheld.

Former presidents Lula da Silva and Dilma Rouseff are subject to a judicial process as part of a major anti-corruption investigation. We understand that due process is being followed. We have not made any representations on this issue.
