We sought views on how the ban should be implemented and enforced during an eight week public consultation, which closed on 2 June. We received more than 4,700 responses, which we have been analysing carefully.
We will be publishing our response to the consultation and the Tenant Fees Bill shortly. We will provide more information on the implementation timetable following scrutiny of the draft bill.
