To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, with reference to the position paper, Confidentiality and Access to Documents, published on 21 August 2017, what representations the Government has received from civil society on the handling by the EU of information produced while the UK was an EU member state after the UK leaves the EU.

As this paper primarily deals with official (Government) information and documents, the Government has not received any civil society representations on this matter.
