To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to the Answer of 12 September 2017 to Question 8783, on Scotland Office: buildings, (a) for what buildings and (b) to who those fees have been paid.

The Scotland Office currently pays rent for Dover House in Whitehall to the Crown Estate and for adjoining properties in Edinburgh, 1 Melville Crescent and 45 Melville Street to Ruthven Properties Ltd.
