To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what estimate she has made of the cost of re-testing overseas students whose certificates for the Test of English for International Communication were cancelled by Educational Testing Services since February 2014; and if she will make a statement.

The Home Office is not able to answer this question. The cost to re-sit a secure English language test was met by the individual and not the Home Office.
