To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, what services the Government Equalities Office has received from the Behavioural Insights Team since 2014.

The Government Equalities Office has contracted the Behavioural Improvement Team (BIT) to carry out research over the period from January 2017 until July 2018 into parental decision-making concerning the sharing of childcare responsibilities and return to work. As part of this project, the BIT is also designing interventions to test which factors encourage parents to equalise the gender balance of work and childcare responsibilities.
