To ask the Prime Minister, what discussions she has had with the devolved administrations on the terms of reference of an inquiry into the contaminated blood scandal; and if she will publish all correspondence with devolved administrations on that inquiry.
The Government has had discussions with the devolved administrations about the inquiry. The Government is consulting on the format, scope and sponsorship of the inquiry until 18 October, and will update the House after the consultation.
