To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 13 July 2017 to Question 3059, how many health and safety assessments on cladding and external wall insulation systems have been carried out by the Health and Safety Executive on buildings over 18 metres high in the last four years.
