To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what discussions she has had with Greater Manchester Police on the recent discovery of a new crystalised form of the drug Spice in that area.

My officials have been in contact with the National Police Chiefs’ Council, Greater Manchester Police and the local public health team in Manchester about synthetic cannabinoids, such as those found in spice.
