To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate he has made of trends in passenger numbers on the East Coast Main Line since 2010.

There are no published statistics on the annual number of passengers travelling on the East Coast Main Line.

Statistics for the train operators serving the East Coast Main Line stations are available on the Office of Rail and Road data portal at the following link: http://dataportal.orr.gov.uk/browsereports/12.
