The Government is keen to see all tenants receiving a good service from their landlord and letting agent and the ban on letting fees paid by tenants will give renters greater clarity and control over what they will pay. The consultation on how best to implement the ban has been launched and will be open until 2 June 2017 and includes a question on the potential impacts of the ban.
