To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many (a) official and (b) official sensitive documents have been recorded as lost by his Department since 8 May 2015.

Materials designated Official or Official-Sensitive do have a level of protection, however loss of its control does not warrant a breach as per existing Cabinet Office guidelines. Figures for all loss at this classification is not recorded centrally.
