To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people owe funds in criminal courts charge impositions; and what the total amount of outstanding debt is owed in criminal courts charges.

It is not possible to identify how many people still owe criminal courts charge without incurring disproportionate costs.

The total value of outstanding criminal courts charge, as at end of December 2016, is £41,693,405.
