To ask Her Majesty’s Government, in the light of the UK's exit from the EU, whether they are planning to introduce primary legislation dealing with foreign investment in UK companies.

Until the UK leaves the EU, we will remain subject to EU trade and investment agreements and policy. We will in due course consider all options in the design of future bilateral trade and investment agreements.
