To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the extent to which the resources allocated to the Equality and Human Rights Commission are being used appropriately and benefitting those who are experiencing unlawful discrimination.

The EHRC is an independent body, which makes its own decisions on the allocation of its resources.
