To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many non-UK EU nationals are employed by the Metropolitan Police.

The Home Office does not hold the requested data centrally.

While the Home Office collects and publishes data on the police workforce, broken down by a number of characteristics, this information does not include the nationality of officers or staff.

Data on the police workforce are published annually in the ‘Police workforce, England and Wales’, statistical bulletin, which can be found here:
