To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make it her policy to maintain police teams dedicated to each ward in Greater London.

Decisions about how policing resources are best deployed are for Chief Constables and democratically accountable Police and Crime Commissioners and, in London, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime. They are responsible for ensuring the needs of the local community are met.
