To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the impact of President Trump's remarks concerning the protection of minorities such as Christians in the Middle East.

We are aware of President Trump's statements regarding the plight of Christian and other religious minorities in the Middle East. The Government has deep concerns over the persecution of these groups. We believe strongly that all individuals should be able to practise, change or share their faith or belief without discrimination or reprisal.
