To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what recent discussions he has had with the Scottish Government on income tax rates.
The Chief Secretary to the Treasury attended a Joint Exchequer Committee with the Scottish Government’s Cabinet Secretary for Finance in November, where they discussed the ongoing work between both governments to implement Scotland’s tax powers.
