To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what her plans are to ensure that there is sufficient competition in the mobile phone industry after the sale of mobile phone spectrum.

The UK has a competitive mobile communications market and the independent regulator Ofcom is responsible for promoting competition to further the interests of consumers, both before and after the forthcoming spectrum auction.
