To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, whether the independent review of S4C will consider the effects on S4C of recent changes to the BBC's governance and responsibilities.

As the Secretary of State set out in February 2016 (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/uk-government-protects-funding-for-welsh-broadcaster-s4c--2) the independent review of S4C will look at the funding, governance and remit of S4C. The full scope of the review will be set out in the terms of reference in due course.
