To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, with reference to the badger vaccination programme in Ireland, what plans she has to introduce trials of oral bacillus calmette-guerin badger vaccinations in the UK.

We work in partnership with the Irish and French governments, as well as the devolved administrations in Wales and Northern Ireland, on the development of an oral bovine TB vaccine for badgers.
